Save dialog appears by clicking Save icon(
) on the toolbar. If select "Microsoft Word Document(*.doc)" file format and click [Option] button,
Save Option dialog appears and it shows the Word Option tab in addition to Basic Option tab.
Word save mode : |
Save As XML (Supports Word 2003 and up) : Save as a XML format of MS Word file. Chart, barcode and input component are saved as images. By checking this option, a XML format of MS Word file can be saved on the PC that has no MS Word installation. |
Table save mode : |
Save As Table : Save a table or crosstab component as a table in MS word. |
Band save mode : |
Save page header/footer band to header/footer : Save the page header/footer band of a report into the header/footer of MS Word. |
